pldamixture is a production-grade R package for regression analysis when linked records may contain mismatch error. It implements the composite-likelihood and expectation-maximization framework developed in my research, supporting generalized linear and Cox proportional hazards models.
The package turns statistical methodology into reusable software that can be applied by researchers working with imperfectly linked datasets.
